💡 There is no perfect career path in law! 💡

We're told as students to choose a path and follow it through to partnership, but in reality, life is full of bumps and diversions.

Historically, our industry has been very rigid... But things are changing.

One-size-fits-all doesn't cut it anymore; you might move out of private practice. You might not want partnership at all. You might move to new law firm models where there is more flexibility. An inhouse career might be right for you.

In this interactive session, our panellists will talk about their careers to date, demonstrating that there is no right or wrong route, and actually, we're all a bit squiggly!
