Leadership - what makes an Effective Leader

Our next Female Counsel virtual event will take place at 9.30am on 24th April and our topic will centre around Effective Leadership.

I will be joined by two guest speakers this month. Anya Smirnova, ICF PCC started her career as a lawyer and is now a highly experienced executive coach with vast experience in developing leaders, women's careers and working parents. And Pippa Hyde, a dual-qualified White Collar Crime lawyer who is passionate about the power of leadership development.

Pippa and Anya have worked together over the years on leadership development and will facilitate our discussion on what makes an effective leader and the tools required to really hone in on this important skill.
